Roberto is the owner and founder of Arte Design Services and is the lead creative behind the company. He is an Integrated Graphic Arts Specialist with more than 30 years experience and has a strange mystic design ability of just knowing how something should be.

Wayne Heywood, Director of Arte Design Adelaide
Wayne heads up the Adelaide branch of Arte and has been a designer since the mid 90s having worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide. Although an early adopter of all things digital he also has a fondness for analogue and still gets excited when the delivery comes from the printer – a chance to see the theory come to life!
Wayne once lead a team in the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker challenge and helped raise of $8,000 for the charity. He developed a blister 10ks into the challenge but his dogged determination didn’t let something like a hole in his foot stop him from achieving his goal. This is the kinda guy you want on your team.
His secret to success is to love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.

Joanne is a Graphic, Website, Support & Training specialist with over 15 years’ experience in education, retail, government and corporate sectors. An RMIT alumni, she oversees projects from concept through to completion and beyond, ensuring a high level of customer support and satisfaction.
Joanne’s talents are aimed at tailoring client needs to meet the requirements of a consumer market, ensuring business growth.
